Ruchika was friendly, attentive & really listened actively to what my needs & wants were. Therefore, at the back of it she found the most amazing 5-star resort.   The villa was fantastic. The breakfast, the caldera views & the location in the centre of Oia was very convenient.

During my booking there was several uncertainties regarding travelling due to the pandemic. However, Ruchika was a star who always kept us updated every month on restrictions update & the latest news. Ruchika even told us the best restaurants to attend, places to see etc. She went above & beyond and provided the best five-star client experiences I have ever had.

As I was getting married during the uncertainty times, I was busy with various tasks. However, Ruchika was there to reassure me that our Mini moon will go ahead & there will be some light at the end of the tunnel during the busy period I had.
